Self-Love Her First Mantra

Self Love Her first

Self Love Her First Mantra

"Self-Love Her First," is a mantra for embracing self-care and prioritizing your own well-being. But what does self-love truly entail? In this blog post, we'll delve into the meaning behind the concept of self-love her first and explore why it's crucial to put yourself first, even in a world that often emphasizes putting others' needs ahead of your own.

The Foundation is Self-Love

At its core, self-love is the most profound form of love we can experience. It serves as the foundation upon which we should build our lives, how we accept love, take care of ourselves and engage with others. It is a misconception that self-love is selfish, absolutely not! Yet, it is absolutely necessary in living a healthy and fulfilled life. Without self-love, we may find ourselves mentally, emotionally, and physically drained, as we attempt to pour from an empty cup.

Self-Love Her First. It's a LYFEstyle. A Journey

The journey to embracing self-love can be deeply transformative, as I have been able to transform my lyfestyle as a former wife and mother of five that prioritized the needs of my family above my own. However, this approach actually left me feeling depleted mentally, emotionally and physically. It also played a role against my health. Not loving myself first really did not allow me to provide the best version of herself to my loved ones.

They Taught Us Wrong- Breaking The Cycle.

" So many years of education yet nobody ever taught us how to love ourselves and why it's so important. "

I believe in many cultures, the notion of self-sacrifice is held in high regard, often leading individuals to put themselves last. This can inadvertently perpetuate a cycle of disregard for one's own well-being. As I discovered, continually neglecting your own needs can lead to mental and emotional fatigue, and can even breed selfishness in others who grow up believing their desires take precedence over the needs of others.

A Shift in Perspective: When I Began To Fully Love Myself

Embracing self-love starts with a shift in perspective. Mindset is everything!  When I began to understand and by recognizing that your well-being matters just as much as anyone else's, you can begin to prioritize self-care without guilt. This shift doesn't mean neglecting responsibilities or the needs of loved ones; rather, it's about recognizing that by taking care of yourself, you become better equipped to care for others.

Taking A Practical Step Towards Self-Love

Putting self-love into action may seem daunting, especially if you're juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. However, small changes can yield significant results. We are taking this lyfestyle, one step and one day at a time. Self-Love Her First Lyfestyle is about Loving Yourself First Everyday.  If it require you to wake up a little earlier each day to engage in an activity that nurtures her mind, body, and spirit than do it.  Whether it's a morning meditation, a short workout, journaling, or pursuing a creative passion, these moments of self-care can set a positive tone for the day ahead.

As I embraced self-love, I came into a newfound InnerG, positivity, and fulfillment that has a positive impact on interactions with my family, friends, clients and any others I come into contact with because we can only give from who we are from within. By prioritizing self-love, she was able to give more authentically to others while still nurturing her own well-being.
