Our Return Policy

RETURNS
  • We have a 15-day return policy, return requests will be accepted within 15 days. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached with the exception for swimwear (Sorry, We Cannot Accept Returns On Swimwear). Sale items are FINAL SALE as well. 
  • Please notify us at info@shopselfloveherfirst.com regarding your request to return an item within 15 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with tags to be acceptable for return. 
  • Upon approval of your return, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method once we receive the item. 
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of notification that your returned request has been approved, please contact us at: info@shopselfloveherfirst.com

   SHIPPING ON YOUR RETURNS

  • To return your product, you should mail it back to the address on your invoice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
  • If you are shipping a return with cost over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your item(s) as an option.   We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: info@shopselfloveherfirst.com to confirm your exchange and send your item to: Selfloveherfirst:  1317 Edgewater Drive Suite 121 Orlando, Fl 32804

Depending on your location, the time it may take to receive your exchange may vary but not to exceed more than 14 business days.
